All Star Fishing Rods

All star fishing rods are manufactured with the help of professional anglers (Mark Davis, Davy Hite, Tim Horton, MArk Menendez and Jason Quinn at the time of writing, August 2010) and you can be sure they are excellent rods from "...wading redfish to casting for bass" as they say.

The rods are made by hand one by one. The manufacturing process is a long and accurate one which is documented on their webpage:

1. Selection of graphite composite
2. Blank is attached to a mandrel
3. Cellophane application for preparation
4. Curing of the blank
5. Quality inspection of the blank
6. Flex test for accurate action of the rod
7. Rod wrapping for decoration
8. Assembling of handle
9. Rod straigthening
10. Applying of epoxy coating on guides and wraps
11. Drying of epoxy
